Dialer is to fast :)

    Hi,

    I need your help, please.

    Dialer initiate second outgoing call immedialtely after agent hang up the first call. Is it possible to add some delay between calls to dialer.?
    Let's say one agent in gueue, agent hang up, dialer will wait 2 minutes and then will dial another call. Is it possible?

    Wrapuptime is not very good for outgoing calls, because dialer calls someone immediately and called party hears some music till wrapuptime is gone. I guess this is not useable for outgoing campaign.

    Is there any options e.g. in dialerd.conf or edit the source code?

    Yeah. I need to find the same solution. The scripting and dialler could be very useful but currently we cannot use as it ends the call before the agent gets the chance to save any details.

    i did not have to look into, but ideally, any calls should not come to the agent till he finish to enter all the data (press save button)

    if someone can check the code?

    go to svn server and download latest version (min 1510) then replace the files in /var/www/html/modules as per your downloads
