however , my provider accept only numbers starting with 01.....

how can i remove 0033 in the number and add a 0 in front of the number.

    i tried :
    0033|0+Z.

but elastix does not allow me to make the call
i got error : cannot dial as complete

    Thanks

where did you put this rule? in the dial pattern (outbound route) or the dial rule (Trunk)?

They are two different beast. You can't use a + in a dial pattern, but only in a dial rule.
    http://www.freepbx.org/support/documentation/howtos/howto-route-dial-patterns-and-trunk-dial-rules

You should create an outbound route (called France for instance) with
the 0033ZX. dial pattern. The trunk sequence should link to your provider trunk.

In your provider trunk you create at least the following dial rule:
    0033|0+ZX.
