I just configured a server for 12 Users, everything working great so far, but users really hate the delay after you dial a number, I know that if you press # the calls gets dialed immediately, but they don't want to do that.
I remember a couple years ago I did it for another install but I just don't remember what I did.

    Thank you.

I see you are in NANP land, so it is easy.

In the outbound routes make the expression explicit:

    1NXXNXXXXXX ; for 11 digit dialing LD
NXXNXXXXXX ; for 10 digit dialing LD

(add 602+NXXXXXX for example in the trunk if you want 7 digit dialing for your client and your VSPO accepts 10 digit dialing)

Thats how it is currently setup, but still about 12 seconds delay after I press the last digit of any call. Unless I press #
    Outbound dial
    1NXXNXXXXXX
    NXXNXXXXXX

    Trunk
    602+NXXXXXX
    623+NXXXXXX
    480+NXXXXXX

    ----------
Do you know of any editable config file to reduce the delay?

I would then check for any dialstring settings in your hardware phones. and make them match
