    Hello!
In the Extesions tab there were lines deny/permit. But the deny/permit lines have disappeared. What it could be?
    Help please.
    Thanks!

You need to create the SIP extension first.
When it's created and saved, you can go back to it and you will see the other options.

Did you create a SIP or IAX2 extension?
    Save.

click again on the extension number you want to modify.
You should have in Device Option a lot of options, including deny/permit on the bottom.

What version of Elastix are you using?
Go on the unembeded freepbx and check if you need some updates also.

I made both SIP and IAX

    I use Elastix 1.6-5 with FreePBX 2.5.1.0

there are many updates for the FreePBX, is

it safe to upgrade? and if yes which modules?

I saw on some post that it might break Elastix...

I did upgrade mine (yum upgrade then freepbx upgrade) and had no major issue with my setup.
    However results may vary.

Do a backup of your system first (clonezilla live cd is a good way of doing it) at least you will have an easy way to go back to the previous setup in case of problem.
