Hello, I am using elastix version 1.5. I have noticed that the dashboard doesn't show call history about any external calls. It only shows history about the internal calls made betwwen the extensions. I am currently handling the calls in the following manner: Incoming Call -> Main IVR -> Queue (based on the selection in Main IVR) -> To Voicemail if call not answered within 3.5 mins. Can anyone suggest what could be the problem? and what could be done to fix it?
