daily reboot

    Hi , i wont my elastix reboot once a day how i can do that ?

    I'm not a linux guy but I would look into the daily cron job folder with the amportal restart command.

    REBOOT SERVER AT 4:15AM DAILY


    as root, do:

    crontab -e

    (should bring up a 'vi' session)

    hit 'i'

    (goes into insert mode)

    type in:

    15 4 * * * /sbin/shutdown -r now

    hit the escape key twice and the enter ZZ (caps) and vi should save the buffer and exit.

    do 'crontab -l' to make sure it worked...
