Customize music on hold not working

    I have upload wav files in /var/lib/asterisk/moh/ but MOH not playing. Even default MOH not playing. please help me .... :( :( :(

    All thing has been done from my side like but no success yet ...

    And the audio files that ou have uploaded has the correct format that asterisk knows to read? os the owner of the files asterisk? Have you execute from CLI moh reload? Whta does the CLI output says? What Elastix versino do you have?

    Thanks for fast reply.

    The owner of file is asterisk. And it up to asterisk required format. and socking thing is It's working with asterisk 1.4 vanilla without any issue.


    Yes i reload asterisk server after changes into musiconhold.conf

    I don't know Elastix version.

    Try the following:
    1. yum update elastix -y
    2. yum update elastix-* -y
    3. Click on your MOH category, click on the submit button, click on apply configuration bar
    4. Dial into your queue, and check if it plays back

    I have update elastix and recommended packages as per your suggestion. But no improvement yet. Even asterisk 'default MOH' not working. Please suggest me any other thing

    try with another mp3 file...

    I am using wav files not mp3 this time..

    Even asterisk 'default' MOH is not playing.

    After updating Elastix SOX problem is solve but MOH issue still alive....
