Hi every one
I got elastix working VERY well for me for few month now and very happy
Thank you to you all for great work.
I am trying to do something tricky
we got pstn in UK connected to FritzBox where extension 200 is regestered
fritzbox got call through function
what I'm trying to do isthis
all calls starting 0044 must go through PSTN
for example if I like to do it manually I would dial 200 than wait 2sec put pin 0000 then dial 0 and dial uk number (0044)02033344111
I am not sure what the best way to do that .I was thinking set-up custom trunk and outbound route with prepends 0000 not sure
Please guide me here I am a quick learner.

not sure
yes it is mini pbx I don't know how to connect it.
What I have is elastix sip extension registered on fritzbox
I looked on the net could not find the way to do it and my life would be much easier with spa3120 but fritzbox it is -((

well i know this.
But i can use call through function to do it,if i can use it manually
why there is no way to do a macro for it?
like 0044 prefix use custom trunk where custom dial string
Local/$OUTNUM$@fritzbox-pstn-custom
this will dial extention 200 wait 2 sec dial prepends 0000 than 0 for pstn and uk number with out 0044
I think it is possible I have not got enough knowledge to set up.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: Re:Custom Trunk for call through extention to pstn

it seems that now they have managed to make redirections via the sip client...but u must modify those options to adapt to freepbx via manual programming in extensions_custom for example (one in many options)

Re: Re:Custom Trunk for call through extention to pstn

Does this mean I need to nano extensions_custom.conf and put this option in ?
after that make custom trunk with dial string pointed at intern?
Please if you may point a bit more to the right direction.
Thanks in advance

Re: Re:Custom Trunk for call through extention to pstn

yeap but the custom dial need to point to the extension that u have already in fritxobxand u will be treating a Sip extension like a trunk ..also
so its better to program all by hand in extensios custom and make a custom context to the extension ...

well even after all your comment I still don't know exactly what to do.
I know that help here is voluntary but what the point to start helping when you don't really want too?

Left me where I started sorry.
