console messages and incoming problems

    hi, im new in the asterisk world, im using elastix and at firts i had my server running fine, i could not confi the server via gui i didnot understennd it well you im new so i did what i could by editing files

    here is my baasic config and it work fine it could recive calls from my cellphone.

    sip.conf

    register = xxxxxxxxxxx:xxxxxxx@voip.wind.net.do

    [Wind Telecom]
    type=peer
    host= voip.wind.net.do
    fromuser= xxxxxxxxxxx
    secret= xxxxxxx
    context=incoming
    dtmfmode=rfc2833
    disallow=all
    allow=gsm
    allow=ulaw
    deny=0.0.0.0/0
    permit=200.26.169.19
    insecure=invite

    extension.conf


    [incoming] ; Win tel Incoming
    exten => s,1,Answer ;
    exten => s,n,Dial(SIP/100/SIP/101,20,)
    exten => s,n,Hangup

    that was working fine, then the next day i got this:

    over and over and over. and im not reciving calls.
