    Hello

I am newbie (Elastix and Linux in general)
I currently have a pbx (alcatel) and a computer (WinXP) with a Predictive Dialer application that uses a D300 Dialogic Board
    and a Dialogic DI/SI32.
My goal is to replace our current PBX with Elastix.
So, I installed the Elastix 2.0.3 (32-bit) (from iso that I downloaded from elastix.org) on a PC with an OpenVox D210P and successfully used Yealink SIP-T20 phones.(with help from Franck Danard http://www.elastix.org/en/component/kun ... html#58800)
I have created extensions, DIDs, inbound routes and everything is working fine when I use the Sip phones (incoming and outgoing calls)

[outbound routes and trunks are created by default]- GOOD JOB Elastix Team!

I managed to connect one port of the D210P with the dialogic board on my call center PC and make multiple simultaneous calls from my call center to the outside world through the E1 trunk

    CDR Report
Source Destination Src. Channel Account Code Dst. Channel Status Duration
    5959 9XXXXXXXXXX DAHDI/1-1 DAHDI/32-1 ANSWERED 1s

5959 is the "callerid to send" from my call center application (it can be changed to any number)
There are also some routes (DNIS )defined at the call center application (i.e 1843) that handles the incoming calls

My problem is that I cannot send the incoming call from my E1 provider to the PC with the call center application. (I cannot route the call to DNIS 1843)

Also,I cannot call the sip extension from my call center agent and vice versa but I can hear the "congratulations msg" from both when I dial the 1234 extension.

I have tried to solve this by creating virtual extension but I had no luck.

    Any ideas?
    Could you help me?

    Thank you in advance,
    Panagiotis
