CID return calls

    We love elastix, but there is a couple of issues.
    The one I am referring about is that we have Linksys 942.
    I have added the outside number to each of the extension CID.
    So when one extension calls another extension, the full cid is on the display, so when we use the dial back feature the call is routed through zap, instead of going sip.
    We need the full cid when we call out to our customer.

    So please help.

    you can try to add an outbound route for interoffice communication. dont foreget to select:

    Intra Company Route X

    you can do it one for two ways


    option 1

    use a number like 9 for interoffice calling
    "9|ext"
    the 9 will be removed but it will only go to the extension and not interfere with your other paths.

    option 2

    create logic for your extensions.

    dialplan

    "XXXX" or whatever your logic is.
