I am setting my Outbound Caller ID on ZAPg/0 as "name" <xxxxxxxxxx> and the route is passing the DID of one of my POTS lines. I had the same in my Extension and took it out. Same result. Any help? Thanks.

try to study the telephone system first my friend...

you have 2 scenearios possibly...and you re not describing any of the 2

    1) you cant modify your caller id in a pots line! its hardwired to a telco port. Simple...at the best you can hide it to others with your telco cid block number ...
    2) if that is not the case you re using a digital e1/t1 line and the caller id change is only permitted in yur DID range I.e. 305 555 1800 to 1899...and is attached to your etlco services...many providers does not allow to send other different cid outbound the the 00 one or the head number.
