CDR

    Was trying to run some reports on the Elastix box and it looks like the outgoing calls are not logged at all. I see incoming calls and calls placed internally but there are no outgoing calls anywhere. I tried to run the reports in Elastix reports and I also ran the reports in the unembedded FreePBX reports section. Looked all over in FreePBX and did not find any configuration that needed to be set. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (Elastix 1.6 update to date with yum)

    Found the cause to this. I have the users in FreePBX setup with their outbound caller ID so in the CDR db the calls are logged with the outbound callerid and not their extension. The only way to figure out which extension the call was placed from is by looking at the source channel field so it probably will be a good idea to add a column for extension in the cdr db. Hope this helps someone.
