Dear Guys,

i have elastix 1.5.2 - 2.3

the challenge is, in the CDR reports i need it to only show answered calls on each phone. since all phones are connected to a queue it calculates a call that has been sent to a phone as one call, whether it has been replied to or not!

we also use the "Report Call" feature that still gives us the total number of calls that "rang" on phones, not the real answered calls by the agents.

does anybody have a solution, workaround for this?B)

any solution for the part which is all calls is shows as it answered on cdr report
