CDR Reports call duration incorrect

    When I pull a CDR report the call duration is way off. For example I had a 19min call and it shows that way from my provider but on the CDR report is shows 1100 under call duration. Anyone have any idea how to fix this or had the same problem?

    The CDR Report is in seconds, so 1100sec = 18,33min

    i have another strange problem, the call duration is indicated = ZERO, any idea?
