CDR Report List showing Empty Destination Channel

    Hi Guys,
    I am facing a strange issue where some of the records in CDR are showing Empty Dst. Channel where Source/Destination/Source Channel all are available. We have an IVR followed by a Queue. Calls are coming to an IVR and Destination is showing the Queue number with Src Channel as something like "SIP/xyz.com-b7c0a5e8" but destination channel is blank. Ideally, if calls are coming to the queue, destination channel should be one of the agents in the queue. Any reasons why it is displaying blank? For all these calls, Status= ANSWERED and duration is > 0.

    Any suggestions/answers will be really helpful.

    Hi Gurus,
    Please help me on this. In case you need more insights regarding the problem, please ask for that. We are struggling hard to figure out if it is really an issue and if yes, to fix it.
