CDR outbound campaign virtual agents w/recording

    Hi,
    Following the some of the posts of this forum I could create an aoutbound campaign with virtual agents (using AgentCallbackLogin)and play a recorded message (from an IVR) to the customer.
    The problem I have now are the CDRs, the CSV data of the campaig shows:
    "numberdialedxxx","Failure","","","",""
    "numberdialedxxx","Failure","","","",""
    "numberdialedxxx","Failure","","","",""
    "numberdialedxxx","Failure","","","",""

    And if go to the asterisk CDRs it shows:
    2010-08-29 07:00:35 hangup SIP/TIP2_Out-00018073 ANSWERED 13
    2010-08-29 07:00:35 hangup SIP/TIP2_Out-0001806d ANSWERED 13
    2010-08-29 07:00:45 hangup SIP/TIP2_Out-00018074 ANSWERED 13
    2010-08-29 07:00:50 hangup SIP/TIP2_Out-00018076 ANSWERED 13
    2010-08-29 07:01:03 hangup SIP/TIP2_Out-0001807a ANSWERED 13
    2010-08-29 07:01:08 hangup SIP/TIP2_Out-0001807e ANSWERED 13

    In both cases I really dont have CDRs, no reports to show. I know it worked fine but I dont have any CDRs. What do I have to do in order to fix this?

    i have the same need that u have already achieved which is outbound calls with virtual agents and recorded message to custumer ,
    could u help me please , giving me how to do it exactly and what we need to chieve this
