CDR Incomplete using module callcenter

    Hello everyone,

    I Have Elastix version 1.6-12, this work ls campaigns using the predictive dialer call center module, the problem I have is that I am getting reports that you create enuan inteface, directame accessing the data bae call_center, however in the table calls has many zero and a field cmap need is the agent and exits NULL, remains to be NULL? the call was not successful because the agent's name reistro?

    I leave an example of how it goes.
