    Is that a way to capture dtmf signaling other then just enabling rtp debug? I've read that you can enable it by putting an entry in logger.conf but I'm not sure on the syntax.

    I am using a polycom phone so my network goes switch to polycom to my computer. How can I capture the packets that are being sent to my phone? I only have limited experience with wireshark.

    Thanks for the help

    Just like that. You need to add dtmf in logger.conf like this:

    full => notice,warning,error,debug,verbose,dtmf

    After this you'll need to restart asterisk for changes to take effect.

    And last, you can see the console with verbose (I think it was over verbose=3) or you can see the asterisk log, like this:

    tail -f /var/log/asterisk/full
