Can't register phone

    Hi,
    I'm new to Elastix and i've been trying to get my IP Phone to register with my Elastix setup.
    I have configured the phone to point to the IPU IP; however i'm not able to ping the PBX system from the phone. But i can ping the phone from my system.

    Also, when i perform the scan under the Endpoint Configuration; i come up with no results.
    Would someone be able to help me with this issue?

    hi spedalit ... weclome to elastix.

    did you check your firewall settings...of both your router and server?

    From what i can tell my firewall/router is configured correctly.
    Is there anything in particular that i should open concerning port numbers?
