Cant receive calls from out of server network

    Hi Every one
    I have elastix server and i have just one extension behind NAT .
    Aproblem is that extension cant call any other extension in server network , but extensions in server network can call it .
    and i try with tow extensions out of server network , works good for 2 side
    so the problem in extensions in same network with elastix server
    can i find some help plz

    more details..?have you check ring groups?is this phone inside the group?

    looks like a registry problem....
    coud you try sip show peers in CLI?

    yes i tried sip show peers and registry ok for all extensions

    what details you want , and iam sorry iam new user in elastix so i cant understand you "?have you check ring groups?is this phone inside the group?"

    1 - elastix 1.6
    2 - asterisk 1.4.24
    3 - elastix server have static ip from ISP
    4 - extension1 in the same network with elastix server have DHCP ip 192.168.1.10
    5 - firewall off in server router and elastix server , router support QOS VLAN
    6 - extension2 behind NAT and firewall
    problem now is
    extension1 call extension2 OK
    extension2 cant call extension1

    this info is enough or what info you need

    extnsion3 behind NAT
    and extension2 can call extension3 2sides OK
    i think now the problem in my router but i dont know it
    any one can help

    sip_nat.conf
    nat = yes
    externip = <your fixed external IP> or
    externhost = < myasterisk.freedns.com> ;
    localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
    externrefresh = 10
    You will find the file in /etc/asterisk

    like you said and the same peoblem
