    I have half a dozen Polycom 335 phones setup and for some reason they can't dial internal extensions. All calls to outside lines work fine, but when I dial a two digit 11 to 20 internal extension then nothing happens. I also found that *XX feature codes don't work either. Any ideas how to fix this?

    You don't mention how they are provisioned but you need eventually in the the phones a digit map that works for what you have provisioned

    <digitmap dialplan.digitmap="[2-9]xx|0T|011xxx.T|1[2-9]xx[2-9]xxxxxx|*xx|**xxx" dialplan.digitmap.timeOut="3|3|3|3|3|3"/>

    works quite well for NANP (North America) and Asterisk with three digit extensions, in your case replace [2-9]xx with [1-2]x (your extensions)

    Thanks, I will try setting the digitmap. Do you know where is the best place to set that? /tftpboot/sip.cfg ?
