you should get this screen in the extension set in the left panel, from the pic that you sent it look like you are tring to edit an existing extension.

I have to ask, (with some bemusement, as I watch you charge unprepared and unread through your project), whether you allowed your "normal user" to "add extensions" in the administrator module that you used to set up such a user in FreePBX.

Your answer is?

Then you have to give that account permission to do that, or anything else you wat to allow (or dis-allow) you provisioned that account after all, so YOU have to specifically allow such behavior in FreePBX.

p.s. I do however seriously question your rationale as to why you would even contemplate allowing a "normal User" to create extensions, that thinking will likely cost you serious money eventually.

Sorry for the delayed response and i certainly agree with dicko because if you give the permission for a simple user to create other user you are calling him (semi-administrator), and that going to cost you a lot of money and time to solve mistakes made by one of those user.
beside that follow what dicko said and give the appropriate permissions to the user you are trying to do that.

Hello

After I read all of you reply, I think no need enable normal user to create extensions. So FreePBX disable the submit button, let normal user cannot do that.

Thank !
