Can't Call Internal Extension

Internally
2 x FXS (Openvox A400P) ext. 3000 and 4000
1 x Softphone (Xlite) ext. 1000

If I call from softphone ext 1000 to FXS 3000 or 4000, I get servfice not available.

If I call form FXS 3000 or 4000 to Softphone ext 1000 it works and 2 way voice is heard.

All outside trunks work fine from the softphone and FXS card.

Look forward to some answers !!!
