Can't access elastix web page

    Hello,
    why I cannot access on the Elastix web page with a pair of my customer's PC? Only a white page will diplayed. They have Explorer as browser. With the other PC there are no problems.

    Try cleaning out Temp files and cache on the pc your having trouble with and then see what happens

    Hi,

    - Look for SSL 2.0 option and certificate in the IE settings. (tools -> internet options -> advanced)
    - port 443 should be open on XP

    Hi

    Firefox (3.6) instead of IE.
    Try to check if every work stations include a firewall, an anti-virus or else.

    If lots of stations can have access on EWG, there isn't any reason.
    The problem come from the work station and not from Elastix.

    Another thing! Think at the security.
    Lots of security problem on Freepbx are discovered since August.
    If possible to don't having any remote access. Doing this choice.
    (No ssh, no https access).

    Otherwise, you could use a rebound server.
    For example.
    You could install Logmein or another software into another server (Windows), and use this Windows server to connect on Elastix server.

    Just an idea like that.
