I am trying to create DID
show us a trace of your inbound call.
you will see what is the DID that your provider is transmitting to you. That's the one that will need to be matched with your inbound routes.
Also please post your trunk configuration (mask the login/password).
The two main reasons I have seen so far for these kind of problem:
- DID transmitted in a different format
- no DID transmitted
There are different ways of solving it, but we'll need to see the above requested info to be able to guide you in the right direction.
