Hello!

After trying to login to the Call Center Agent screen the PBX call at my current extensions and verified the password, after that I hear the confirmation about succesfull agent login and hear the music, BUT the login window with the Hourclock cursor still showed up and does not go to the agent screen.
Please let me know the source of my problem? I've succesfully setuped the Call Center 1.3 for Elastix 1.3-2 with the latest yum updates and firebird 3 (latest)

Best Regards,
Andrew

Many thanks for your reply!
I've attached the picture of established call in X-lite (Logged as agent on extension 6105) and the log in dialog with Hour glass cursor.

Re:Cannot access the agent portal

Hello,

I have a couple of questions:
* I suppose that you have an agent number 1, that is correct?
* Paste the result of the following command:
asterisk -rx "agent show"
* Before you login, open an asterisk console
asterisk -r
set a level 14 debug
core set verbose 14
and paste what you get when you login as an agent
* Is the elastixdialer service running?
service elastixdialer status

Re:Cannot access the agent portal

Look's like the Asterisk login in the Call Center configuration tab is wrong.
I've added a new agent in manager.conf named Zoer and change the Call Center Asterisk login to Zoer, but with no help. After trying to Agent Console Login the log still consist off == Manager 'admin' logged on from 127.0.0.1
== Manager 'admin' logged off from 127.0.0.1
