CAN ONLY THE ADMIN SEE ALL MONITORED CALLS?

    Hi,

    My situation is simple:

    If i login as the admin I can see ALL monitored calls, no problem with that.

    Now, what is the problem? Ok, I created a new access group called "AdminLev2" which is basically the admin minus a couple of modules I don't want the customer to access (and hence, screw up the Elastix installation). I associate this new group to the companyadmin user but if forces me to choose an extension for that user. I manually clear the extension through sqlite3 but when I access the monitoring module, it says "user has no extension" and it shows nothing.

    I would like to know HOW I can see all calls monitored with an user and/or group that is not the admin

    You can do it but why did you removed the extension associated, you can if you want create a fake extension or something, if you see ein the users group you can costumize there who can see the recordings. try using the user with the extension associated.

    Well, even if you create a fake extension, the CDR and call monitor entries will only be filtered by that extension. That is why i am asking for this.

    Please give me an example of how to do it?
