I have installed elastix and a third party call centre application (Tikal) they gave instructions to enter a custom in the free pbx interface as follows

    ext-queues-custom,'queuenum',1

So I entered this for a queue numbered 1 as above.

However I should have entered it as

    ext-queues-custom,1,1

he problem I have is that the free PBX interface has allowed me to enter the wrong queue information and will not let me remove it.

Where doe the Free PBX store the custom queue data so that I can manually remove it?

You will find it in a couple of spots. Most FreePBX config files for asterisk are generated from database. MySQL has corrisponding tables per module. if you set a mics destination, look in the miscdests table; miscapps; custom_destination are likely tables depending on what you did in freepbx.

also freepbx config files, i find, usually end in "_additional.conf", look for "app-miscapps-#" or [ext-miscdests] and of similar likeness to find what you need. I would start with "/etc/asterisk/extensions_additional.conf". This has FreePBX queue settings...queue_additional.conf
