Can not get WAN access

I have recently took over a company that uses Elastix PBX with Vitality as their VoIP service. I can only get access to Elastix via the clients WAN IP, no where else. Anyone know where the whitelist/blacklisting is at?

I also Called Vitality and said its not them and contact Elastix and said the system is too old and redirected me to the forms.. how lame!!

Para revisar, si tiene acceso a la consola, revise con iptables que tiene y que no tiene acceso, antes de hacer cualqueir cosa.
