    Ok, here's the deal.

I have the following setup for testing purposes.

    Elastix v 1.3-2

    2 Polycom 501's

    1 Zoiper softphone client

When I try dialing outbound using my SIP provider, I'm able to establish a call without ANY problems.

When I try calling internally to an extension, I get the following error:

"The person at Extension XXXX, is unavailble"

The PBX AND all the clients are located on the same subnet, ruling out potential firewall issues.

I can dial feature codes such as "411" phone book properly

When I do a SIP SHOW PEERS, I can see all 3 extensions.

When I do a SIP SHOW SUBSCRIPTIONS, I can only see two subscriptions. (Softphone and one Hard Phone)

Here is what is occurring when I try to dial.

    hi oomph!

Try to put "Call waiting = enable" on each extensions.
You don't have enabled the voice mail on each extensions?

For myself, I fixed this problem style like that.

    Try it and reply me.
