    go to system/user management

create a new goup called 'cdr only'.
Go to group permission and uncheck everything you don't want but keep the cdr report checked.

Create a new user, assign it to the 'crd only' group.

    Hi Patrix,

    Thanks for the reply.

But I need to have the access right to all the users' CDR report, not just user himself, just like admin role can have.

I don't want to give the use admin access right, I just want to give him to all the user's CDR repors.

    Thanks,

    Thank you, jgutierrez.
It did work. But after I change the obtenerCDRs function as the instruction, the original admin role can't audit the monitoring list. Before I did any changes, the admin role can audit the monitoring list.

    Where did I go wrong?

    Anyone can help?
    Thanks,

I'm not sure what you have done wrong. Paste a picture of what the admin can see on CDR reports, and what the non-admin user can see.

What is the admin's extension, what is the non-admin's extension? Paste the changes that you have done on the file

I have a need to allow non-admin users to see full CDR log. I created group CDR, and eve added ALL RIGHTS as admin have. And, it either seas his CDR if I assigned it an extension, or it says that there are no extension assigned if I don't assign it of course.
Link shown few posts before is not working.
Does anybody has a decent solution to this problem?

    Thanks.
