calls solution

    Is there a way to do this solution:-

    1- (user X) make call to access number which defined in asterisk server , then the asterisk redirect the call to another number (user Y).
    2- (user X) will be on hold and (user Y) listen to ivr then disconnect.
    3- (user Y) when make call to this access number reach to the user X.

    Without a little further explanation, it looks like you are after DISA, or a Callback feature, is this correct?
