calls recordings with cc

    Hi,
    have enabled call recordings in queue and calls are recorded
    however, in the monitoring list, i see only :
    Date Time Source Destination Duration Type Message
    2009-11-24 20:54:41 - 2 00:00:14 queue - total Listen Download
    2009-11-24 20:53:51 - 2 00:00:14 queue - total Listen Download
    2009-11-24 20:52:33 - 2 00:01:15 queue - total Listen Download


    source : -
    destination : no queue
    type : queue-total

    how do i know which agent it is? which number it is?
