Calls not being terminated

When someone calls into our business and hangs up before one of our people picks up, the call is not immediately terminated. It continues to ring for another minute and a half. I am not sure if this is a gateway problem or an Elastix problem. We have an AudioCodes MP-118 gateway. This has become very annoying for us. Any help someone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Issue solved.

From information I found on another post in this forum I searched for the following code:

;Uncomment these lines if you have problems with the disconection of your analog lines
busydetect=yes
busycount=3

In my setup, I found these lines in two different files under /etc/asterisk. The files were chan_dahdi.conf and chan_dahdi.conf.elastixsave. I uncommented the lines in both files and changed the busycount number to 6. Now the phone lines are dropped when the remote party hangs up, just like it is supposed to.
