Calls go back to IVR never gets out

Hi,
My Elastix 2.0 box is running fine even if when i go to dashboard, it states:


Now, when i dial my number i get the IVR fine. But when i try to dial an outside line with any extension, instead of getting a ring, i get my own IVR???? After reading the elastix_without_tears manual i think all is configured properly. Any specific setting I should be looking for or test i can perform to pinpoint the issue?

What kind of trunk are you using? Is it Analog lines or a SIP trunk provider?

You need to setup or modify your outbound route.

It's a SIP trunk with a Grandstream IP phone

I've deleted and recreated an outbound route, all default info, only dial patterns are:

NXXNXXXXXX
NXXXXXX

Still same issue, even if I remove all outbound routes I get my own IVR.

No, i'm not understanding. You say when you dial an outside line you get your IVR? How are you connected to the outside world? Do you have analog pstn lines or do you have a connection to a VSP?
I don't understand what you mean by a SIP trunk with a Granstream IP phone.

I have a DID with a VOIP provider. Also I just noticed that when i call my number, the phone does not ring, it goes to voice mail. Could it be that the phone is not registered?

Yea, that sounds like the phone is not registered. Can you try creating a new extension and see what happens?

Which VSP did you get the DID from?

I am using BabyTel. Calls are working now, the phone was not registered as i had to type the ip and enter the info manually. Endpoint registration was not working.
