Calls getting stuck in the Queue

Hello Everyone,

I'm having a problem with the Queue, calls are getting stuck in the Queue or not ringing the agents extension, its like the phone is not live or one but it is. So we will Turn the xlite off and then turn it back on then it will work. So every ten minutes we are turning the phones of and then turning them back on to be able to take calls.

I'm using www.synapseglobal.com to host the pbx, it's

I have been using Elastix for a couple of year and it has worked great other then some little problems and this.

Any help would be great or if I need to pay to have it fixed I will gladly pay.

Here is some more information

Some times a customer of when will cal in and the DID will be sent to the Queue
ring all the agents but none of the agents phones will ring and then the call will just go to voice mail so what we have started to do is restart our soft phones like turn off and then turn back on and then the agents phone would start ringing

Its almost like the xlite is not seening the call even when it rings the extensions of the agents even if its registered.

Everything else seems to be ok but I want to make sure that all calls get answered.

Support with elastix I’m sure is great but the cost are allot.
