Hello Everyone, I'm having a problem with the Queue, calls are getting stuck in the Queue or not ringing the agents extension, its like the phone is not live or one but it is. So we will Turn the xlite off and then turn it back on then it will work. So every ten minutes we are turning the phones of and then turning them back on to be able to take calls. I'm using www.synapseglobal.com to host the pbx, it's I have been using Elastix for a couple of year and it has worked great other then some little problems and this. Any help would be great or if I need to pay to have it fixed I will gladly pay.
