Calls from queue don't connect to agents

    Hi.
    I installed call center module. When agent is registered, system calls on extension, agent enters password and listens music on hold.But when come call to queue, which serves the registered agent, system doesn't connect his with agent.

    What it is possible to make?

    Help please, it is very necessary to adjust, and I do not understand, how the module works. I have made all under the manual, but does not work
