Hi,
I am getting a problem with Elastix calls. My installation only has VoIP, no PSTN or anything like that. Any outbound call I make gets cut off after 1000 seconds (16:40), which is really causing a problem. It happens when I make the call from a softphone or from an IP phone, changing codec doesn't help either. It doesn't happen when I make an internal call (from one extension to another), but only when I make calls through my outbound VoIP provider. Inbound calls (from the VoIP provider to my extensions) work fine. It's only outbound ones.

Any ideas where the problem could be?
Thanks.

not to pass the buck, but have you contacted your ITSP? It's possible that the problem lies with them....?

The ITSP is actually us... we're a telecoms company. The server that we are sending the call to has no problems, calls completing over 1000 seconds from all our other clients. Also a different Elastix box we have (for our office PBX) can make calls over 1000 seconds using the same ITSP. So, it's just a problem from this one box.
