I just did a fresh install of 32bit Elastix last night. I upgraded FreePBX to 2.7 and installed the Superfecta Module just as I always do on my Trixbox installations. I modified /etc/httpd/conf.d/elastix.conf like many of the posts stated. It is not working. Does anyone have this working on a new installation?

Thanks,

Chris

I have it working flawlessly on an updated install.

could you describe what error do you see?
could you show your modified elastix.conf?

Thanks for the reply Patrick.

Here is my elastix.conf

# Apache-level configuration for Elastix administration interface

Timeout 300

# Default apache configuration specifies greater limits than these
#MaxClients 150
#MaxRequestsPerChild 1000

# Default apache User and Group diretives MUST be commented out
# in order for these to take effect.
User asterisk
Group asterisk

<Directory "/var/www/html">
# Redirect administration interface to https
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} !^.*Aastra.*$ [NC]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(/admin/modules/superfecta/*)
RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}
</Directory>

It is basicaly timing out and not retreiving the number. When I check the httpd logs it appears to be choking on line 239 and 309 of callerid.php. This is the line.

$run_param = $param[substr($this_scheme,5).'_'.$source_name];

The only other thing I have done to this new box was to run yum -y update after the install was done to update all the centos packages. I am wondering if something got updated that hosed something else.

I just did another fresh install without updating FreePBX or yum -y update. I modified elastix.conf and installed 2.2.3 and selected google and anywho and it still does not return anything. My trixbox install works perfectly. Not sure why this won't work with Elastix 1.6.

could you look in /etc/asterisk/extensions_additional.cont in the context [cidlookup]
could you show the line calling the superfecta.

Also from a browser, try to enter the call directly and see what is happening:
Code:
http://ipaddress/admin/modules/superfecta/bin/callerid.php?thenumber=123456789

is the debug working from within superfecta?

try to remove the .htaccess files from /var/html/www/admin/modules/superfecta/*

Hello Patrick
Thank you, using your instructions I have managed to get the name of the calling party (previously wtitten in Asterisk phonebook)which is a very nice feature. But I have a general problem with .csv files. I would like to be able to make import and export of such files, (phonebook, extensions .....), but until now without success. I have tried with Excel and some other programs, but there is always some problem with importing the files back to Elastix. Can you please help me to learn how to do it properly, I'll be very gratefull to you.
Thank you anyway
Best regards
Zoran

It's OK now
I have searched the web and installed Open office. Now, I'm using Calc application for editing the csv files, and everything works fine.
Thanks anyway
