Hello and Happy Holidays to all,

I am wondering if it is possible to screen the inbound callerID then send to some destination in my PBX.

I created an inbound route with my cellphone callerID, then sent the call to my voicemail for a test but that did not work, the call just went to the any/all.

I would like to do this mostly for known telemarketer numbers, I will create an IVR to put then in IVR hell ha ha ha...

thank you all for your help and kindness!

Inbound by CID works, make sure that the CID is exactly what the CLI shows, do the regex thing (wildcard) if needed.

Explore the Blacklist and Superfecta/Lookup Sources thing for specifically denying "Unwanted or previously identified" idiots

you can create an inbound route based on the CallerID number. Then you can route it the way you want.

Just make sure that the DID is empty and that you enter the CallerID number the same way that it is presented by your trunk (have a look at the log to verify).
