Caller ID Superfecta Problem

    I recently noticed that Superfecta always just gives me the number even though one service might identify the name.

    For example I have my cell phone number in the asterisk directory. When I use debug it shows my name and phone number as a result. Unfortunately, when I use my phone it shows just the number twice...

    This worked fine before. Not sure what has changed...

    Any suggestions?

    can you show your log of the inbound call to see what's happening from your provider.
    Also in what order are your lookup source ordered?
    Did you check that your inbound route is using the proper lookup source and was not changed?
    Has your provider changed the way it was presenting the call (seen as a different route, or with the clid name including the number...)?
