Does any one know an easy way to display caller id details.

for example from a maysql database.

    eg database name is customers

    table comprises of the following:
    Customer_phone_number
    Customers_name
    Last_Service_Date
    Last_Service_Items

Any help would be great !

    thanks

A few weeks ago i fight with something similar, i was looking to take out the caller ID of the call each agent hang up , and then make a query of that number in a database so the agent have the info in the monitor, so we make an AGI that takes that caller ID and Agent number , then make the query of the agent number and the CID, then based on the agent number make a tcp conection to the agent computer and drop the info.

in freepbx with callerID lookup source you can send an http request including the number to the php script you want.

If you want something ready to use you can try the superfecta caller id module for freepbx. it can be linked to sugarcrm where you can enter the information of your client.
    http://www.freepbx.org/support/docu...arty-unsupported-modules/caller-id-superfecta

you can also instal asteridex that has less option than sugarcrm but will open the page for you. It works with superfecta also.

On a windows destktop you can use also ADM that will pop up a window with the CID and the information that you entered in its phonebook
