Separate names with a comma.

It's probably because there is no CLID name, then asterisk is setting the CLID name as the CLID number. It has Sales in front because you add a prefix for this route.
Try with some number having a real CLID name. (you can also use CallerID Superfecta module to check for one if your provider is not doing CNAM).

At the moment we don't want to do any database look up of names. I know we could setup Superfecta but at the moment we just want the formatting on the caller ID on the phone's display to show only the name of the ring group on the top line
I imagine the concatinated string will be terminated after <so many> characters, how about replacing
Sales<so many - 5 spaces>
or you can re-write the FreePBX core code to reflect your desires.
I will try adding some spaces and see what happens.
I won't really know where to start changing code so I will leave that for now!
