    Greetings everyone,

I'd like to extend the current functionality of Asterisk (in our case Elastix) with this feature:
On an outgoing call, when a destination is found busy, then the user can select BPX to try to make the call later when the destination is found free, and deliver it to them.

I'd also like to dweal into the original Elastix Dialplan, as less as possible. As i understand the dialplan gets changed every time you make a change in the management tool.

What first came in mind was to create a sepparate daemon process (It could even reside on a different server) that would achieve this via the AMI interface of asterisk.

What are your ideas on this? Do you know if there is a solution on this one (compatible with elastix/freepbx)?

    Thank you in advance,
    Best Regards,

    Elias Poulogiannis
