Call transfer trouble

    Hi,

    I have a Elastix PBX, some times when the incoming call is answer by the IVR and it is transfered to any extension, the person in the extension don't listen anything, and the incoming call is sended to the voicemail.

    I am using Aastra Phones and one Sangoma card receiving an R2 MFC.

    Do you have any suggestion ???

    Does this happened only with the IVR or does it happened when you call the extension. If it is the second option you might activated by error DND with *78 it could be deactivated with *79. This are the default values and may be changed.

    If this does not solve the problem, please send us the log when the call is made.

    Post the result of tail -f
