call recordings in User Portal

    Why is it that both incoming and outgoing recordings show up in the Admin Monitorings, but when you giver a User Monitoring permission, it only shows incoming call recordings? Is there a way to make it show both?

    Can you paste an example that is shown on the admin interface and that is not shown on the user access?
