Call Recording issue

Hi guys

Need some help here.

Using Elastix 1.5.2-2.3

I have call record enabled on ALL ext's.

Only calls that comes from a queue is recorded. SIP or Trunk outbound calling from a users ext is not recording.

I have been looking in call monitor and only queue calls are there.

Is there any file that I can check ? or setting?

On the Elastix PBX GUI/ Freepbx general settings page have you got the following options set

Asterisk Dial commands options = tTrwW
Asterisk Output Dial commands options = tTwW

The wW's being the important part

i have checked physically on the server - no wav files are being generated in the monitor folder for extension calling, only calls coming from queues are being recorded.
