Call Recording is broken

Well, the calls recorded are saved in

/var/spool/asterisk/monitor

I am using elastix 0.85 and when you check on reports there are no recordings files link!

It was supposed to be corrected in .84 beta 2 but the problem is still there.

Any advice about how to fix this problem is greatly appreciated.

I am not sure if you are specifically referring to call recording or voicemail. I did find that after the update, I had to go back to each extension and activate voicemail, all my extensions had voicemail deactivated.

No we are talking about the call recording "Monitoring" link in the Elastix web interface.

It does not show any recordings at all although the files are in the /var/spool/monitor folder.

:(

Please fix.

We'll try to reproduce the issue. What Elastix version are you using?

I currently have 0.9.0 final and it also has this issue of not having the link to click for recorded calls.

See The Picture. The Files are there but when I search for anything no matter what date nothing shows up.

Please try a "yum update elastix".

There is a new package with a fix in the recording module.

You are super awesome. The issue is now fixed I can now see the recorded calls and everything looks good.

One thing though. When you click on "listen" nothing happens. When you click on "download" you can download the file and listen to it which is okay.

So just fix the "listen" link and you should be ready to go.

You guys are awesome and I like when a company backs their product.
