call recording for outbound campaign

Hi all,

Here is my scenario:

- created agent called '101'
- created an extension '222'
- created a queue and outbound campaign

After agent '101' logon associate with extension '222', outbound calls dial automatically just fine. But outbound call recording is not working despite call recording has been enabled in extension '222'. I guess the problem is that the outbound call just make the outbound call from the trunk not from a specific extension '222' (?)

Is it possible to have outbound call recording in call center?
